We sit with the people doing the work, read the data as it actually is, and come back with a ranked list of what AI should touch — and what it should not. Deliverable is a written brief you can act on with or without us.

One problem, built end to end against your real data, with the evaluation set written first. If the numbers do not clear the bar we agreed, we say so and stop here.

The studio
Built in Baku, on purpose.
There is a specific advantage to doing this work here. Our engineers move between Azerbaijani, Turkish and English in the same standup — which matters enormously when the training data is a decade of forms filled in by hand, in every one of them.
We keep sensitive data inside the country when the regulator or the client requires it, and we say plainly which parts of a system call an external API and which do not. Clients across the Caspian region get a team in their timezone that has seen their category of mess before.
